Three Pillars

What every SleepBaker plan is built on

Sleep science. Our methods are grounded in current sleep research and refined through years of hands-on practice with real families. Evidence decides what we recommend; experience decides how we deliver it at 2am in an actual home.

Emotional wellbeing. Every baby is different, and so is every sleep journey. We build skills, confidence and connection rather than compliance, which is why we never use cry-it-out methods or force a family into a program that fights their instincts.

Mental health support. Exhausted parents are not a footnote to a child's sleep problem; they are half of it. Our plans account for parental capacity, protect your rest during the change, and take the strain on families seriously, because true rest comes from knowing you are supported.

How It Works

From first message to peaceful nights

1

Choose your service

Browse consultations, in-home support and sleep training programs. Gentle guidance or hands-on help: there is an option to suit your family, and our team will point you honestly if you are unsure.

2

Personalised sleep assessment

Before your session, a short intake form captures your child's sleep habits, feeding patterns and your goals, so the plan is realistic, responsive and tailored from the first minute.

3

Your session

Virtual consultations talk through sleep history, challenges and next steps. In-home support brings a consultant to guide you step by step, gently and calmly, through the nights themselves.

4

Follow-up support

We stay with you beyond the session, with follow-up contact to answer questions and tweak the plan as your child's sleep evolves. Not just for one night, but for the journey ahead.

The People

Founded by Anna, led here by Mark

Anna Baker, founder and sleep consultant

A mum of two with over a decade of experience, Anna has supported more than 30,000 families through gentle, evidence-based methods. Every UAE consultant is trained and supported by Anna herself, so the approach that built SleepBaker's reputation in Australia arrives in your Dubai home undiluted. For a limited number of families each season, Anna's own overnight service is available by enquiry.

With experience across Australia and the Middle East, Mark leads SleepBaker Middle East with a people-first approach. Known as the "fun uncle," he brings empathy, strategic thinking and a genuine passion for supporting families and mental health. Meet Mark.

Gentle, Evidence-Based, Personal

What we will never do

No cry-it-out. No one-size-fits-all programs. No pretending newborns can be trained, no methods you cannot bring yourself to follow, and no disappearing once the invoice clears. Instead: understanding your child's temperament and developmental stage, building a predictable and nurturing sleep environment, and supporting you to feel confident in your own approach.

If that sounds like the help you have been looking for, start anywhere: a 45-minute Zoom consultation, the sleep guides, or a conversation with our team about the in-home program.
