Mark brings a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands-on leadership and deep regional experience. With a background in property development across both Australia and the Middle East, he understands how to build and scale businesses while prioritising people, relationships and culture.
Having first connected with Anna in 2021, Mark has supported SleepBaker Australia in an advisory role and has now naturally stepped into leading SleepBaker Middle East. We’re thrilled to have him on board and genuinely want him to thrive as he guides this next chapter of growth.
Beyond leadership and strategy, Mark brings empathy. He is community-focused and passionate about supporting mental health, families and those affected by sleep deprivation. Coming from a big family himself and proudly known as the “fun uncle” he has a natural empathy for parents and children. It’s this blend of warmth, lived experience and leadership that makes Mark such a strong fit for SleepBaker and the community we support.
