With this service, you are matched with one of our experienced SleepBaker consultants, who comes directly to your home and works with your family for three consecutive nights. They arrive each evening at 6:30pm and stay until 5:00am, so you can finally switch off and get the rest you deserve.

There is no travelling, no unfamiliar environments — just warm, hands-on support brought straight to your door.

While your consultant is there, they support your family with:

• Settling your child at bedtime
• Resettling throughout the night
• Coaching parents on what to expect the following day
• Observing your child and adjusting the approach as the night unfolds

Every SleepBaker consultant is trained and supported by Founder Anna Baker, ensuring the same calm, caring and trusted approach that SleepBaker families know and love. Your sleep plan is tailored to your child’s age, temperament and sleep history, as well as your home environment, routine and parenting style — because no two families are the same.

This service supports families with children from newborn through to age 8, because older children deserve quality sleep support too.

Once the three nights are complete, you will also receive two weeks of phone support, so you are never left wondering what to do next. Whether you have questions, hit a rough patch or simply need reassurance, support is always there.
